Recently, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ) and the National Standards Committee issued two national standards, namely "Technical Conditions for Gasoline Engine Solenoid Valve Injector Assembly" and "Test Method for Gasoline Engine Solenoid Valve Injector Assembly", numbered GB/T25362- 2010 and GB/T25363-2010, implemented since March 1, 2011. The standard was led by the Tianjin Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute, and was jointly completed by a standard drafting team composed of Liuzhou Yuanchuang EFI Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute.

Gasoline solenoid valve injector (hereinafter referred to as fuel injector) is the core component of the air fuel ratio management of the electronic fuel injection system (intake air injection technology program). The product and technical standards have long been monopolized by foreign companies, and there are no relevant technical standards in China. The technical standards of enterprises have replaced the role of national laws and regulations, making our country's R&D and production of this product indiscriminate. The independent innovation has severely restricted the development and application of China's own brand EFI system.

Under the premise of fully understanding the international professional technical standards, based on the experience of the development, production, and quality inspection and control of injector products, combined with specific production practices and China's national conditions, the use and reference of international professional technical standards in the spray The critical assessment parameters, technical requirements and test methods of the oil rig were drafted with the two standards of “Technical Standards for Gasoline Engine Solenoid Valve Injector Assembly” and “Test Method for Gasoline Engine Solenoid Valve Injector Assembly”.

The implementation of the two standards will help break the monopoly of foreign companies on the key components of the EFI system, fill the technical gap in the field of solenoid valve injectors for gasoline engines in China, establish relevant technical specifications, and promote the development of domestic EFI systems. The application provides stable and reliable technical support for solving the environmental pollution caused by harmful emissions from gasoline engines.
